1. RENT TO OWN AUTO

People who do not qualify for vehicle finance or cannot get vehicle finance may apply to us for assistance. We will buy a vehicle which is registered to us, we then rent the car to the client for a period of 5 years. At the end of the 5 year rental contract, the vehicle is registered to the client who then becomes the owner of the vehicle.

2. RENT FOR YOU

People who do not meet estate agency requirments, are blacklisted, under debt review or have poor credit scores are assisted by us to get approval to rent property on the strenght of our name and surety for them. We co-apply and co-sign and stand surety for our clients.

3. RENTAL PAYMENT GUARANTEE

We provide landlords with payment guarantee from tenants for rental payment.
